  • Maintain appropriate access permissions and security for your systems as advised by Cascade IT Services.

  • Not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. 

4. Pricing and Payment 

  • Service Fees: Fees for services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Cascade IT Services typically offers fixed-fee pricing for predictable IT budgeting. 

  • Invoicing and Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services as outlined in your agreement. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Cascade IT Services website (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and intellectual property rights relating thereto) is the property of Cascade IT Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cascade IT Services for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cascade IT Services and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) any act or omission by you that causes damage to Cascade IT Services or its clients. 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
